A release comprising at least one sound recording containing one or more recordings of a book being read or, alternatively, a documentary, comedy, panel show, dramatised performance of a story, etc.

Rule

A NewReleaseMessage that uses this profile shall include a main release as detailed below and meet all the rules defined in Clauses 7 and 8.5.

Main release

One Release composite containing:

• A ReleaseProfileVersionId populated in accordance with Clause 7.6.1;

• Primary Resources:

  • 1-n SoundRecordings either of type NonMusicalWorkSoundRecording or SpokenWordSoundRecording;

  • 0-n SoundRecordings of type MusicalWorkSoundRecording;

• Secondary Resource:

  • 1 Image of type FrontCoverImage or Poster (for static or animated cover art);

  • 0-1 Video of type FrontCoverVideo (for animated cover art).

Track Release

One TrackRelease composite for each Primary Resource contained in the main release as defined in Clause 9.
